VITAMIN E
THE BREAKDOWN
Protects cells against free radicals that can cause heart disease and cancer. Also, they are the leading protectors of naturals fats, DNA and enzymes against infections and bacteria.

WARNINGS
DO NOT take supplements if you are already taking drugs with anticoagulant agents in them, and they should be used with a measure of caution by anyone with hypertension or heart disease.
