This is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the bacteria Haemophilus ducreyi. It often occurs simultaneously with other sexually transmitted diseases, such as herpes, syphilis, and HIV infection.

Pus-filled blister initially
Lesion then rupture and become ulcerated
Multiple lesions then form, often joining together
