Seborrheic Keratosis
These are raised, thickened skin plaques, usually beige to brown in color, with a velvety or warty surface.  Each one usually varies in size from a few millimeters up to one inch.  They appear as if pasted or stuck on the skin and are often numerous.
They may be frozen with liquid nitrogen, or cut off if they are itchy or inflamed.  In most cases, they have no symptoms and are a cosmetic problem that does not require treatment.
